Winter light brings such a contrast of nature. On that rare day when the sun shines bright in the sky you feel that icy chill in the air instead of the warmth of the sun. It casts a deep shadow of objects over the white snow yet shines and sparkles along the tree branches. I was amazed by the light, shadow, sparkle, and ice captured on a cold winter afternoon in New England.
I've always loved to take photos ever since my parents let me play with their camera as a little girl. I love to seek out different angles of objects, architecture, landscapes, and people to create a unique and beautiful image. Behind the camera lens you take the time to stop and appreciate the bigger picture in life as well as the small details. I enjoy sharing my viewpoint through my lens with the world and hope it encourages everyone to stop and enjoy all that surrounds them. Even the everyday things!
