Artist's Description

Contemporary meets traditional in the main exhibition spaces at the deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum in Lincoln, MA. This great wall utilizes a play on light and shadow to bring the outdoors in and blend old with new. Although steel can be considered to be very cold and modern the expansive windows extending up three stories beautifully display the colorful gardens leading up to an old building at the top of the hill.

About Barbara Bardzik

Barbara Bardzik

I've always loved to take photos ever since my parents let me play with their camera as a little girl. I love to seek out different angles of objects, architecture, landscapes, and people to create a unique and beautiful image. Behind the camera lens you take the time to stop and appreciate the bigger picture in life as well as the small details. I enjoy sharing my viewpoint through my lens with the world and hope it encourages everyone to stop and enjoy all that surrounds them. Even the everyday things! Any of these pieces would make a great addition to any décor, office, remodel, or make great gifts for others. Hope you enjoy!
